I moved away from the Chicago area a few years ago, but when visiting family in the St. Charles area, I've noticed there isn't much coverage there. Any interest in me putting an I-Gate in at the house in St. Charles? |

I can't speak for the locals, but looking at the map for that area, it looks like a fill in WIDE digi would be welcome down that way..
If you can hit another Wide, WA9CJN-15 to the west or N9DKO-10 to the east, and both would be better.. I say put it up.
Any time the network can get holes filled in it's a good thing.
This is simply my opinion... Signed Gene Young N9MXQ

Very good. I'll hopefully start putting some equipment together to bring there and set up around December time when I head back. (shameless plug for anyone in the NE IL area with a spare IGATE/DIGI setup to sell...) |
