Lynn W Deffenbaugh <KJ4ERJ@arrl.net> is the author, and is continuously being developed. Using here, and solid performance and good maps. I especially like the ease in setting up a link via password to the APRS-IS system to feed APRS RF to the APRS-IS Network as an I-gate here.
