For those who may want to run this utility on their system.. The easiest way to get the filters right, and keep it local is to connect to your own aprs server in UiView.
I set my filters in Ui View to filter -p/CW* m/100 to keep the screen from clogging with Citizen Weather stations and keep the local stations on the map.
Then in the setup file for the Analysis program I set the server address to the server in Ui View. In my case it was 127.0.0.1 with a port of 1448
Save the ini file and restart the Analysis program and voila! You only get the stations you actually see on your map.
I've also added links to a couple others running the analysis program with active pages.
