Although used with your internet browser, this java applet can also be useful for an internet view of APRS with this URL

The map opens with South Florida and the Keys.
Just select the Central US map with the drop down box, and then commands below the map to center on your position and zoom in.
Once you set the display to your area, force a current position beacon from your separate APRS terminal, APRS mobile or tracker.
If you are making the Internet via your local path to an I-Gate, your position should show after a slight delay.
